I really don't see a need for an ingame guild recruitment tool. I do think they need to make guild halls tho. I think that if you really want a guild that you'll find one. After my first guild fell apart I spent about 2-3 months jumping from guild to guild until I found a good fit for me.

We have regular class trainings and even 1 on 1 class trainings with our experts if needed. We are a very open, inclusive and respectful guild, where all are welcome. The Brōtherhood of Darkness is a fully heroic independent guild focussed on Territory Battles, Challenge Rancor and Territory Wars. We are now recruiting players with a minimum GP of 5m, preferably with 2+ Galactic Legends, and are ready to compete with a very active and friendly, fun guild. Recruiting through the Bulletin Board means Guild only pays a one time fees, applicants, after taking the grand tour and are sincere to joins the guild of their choice will have to pay the 100g, they will be put on a waiting list before getting an invite to officially joins the guild they have chosen.
Guild builds will be required, and repping [PACK] on WvW nights is also required. We have training and even 1 on 1 sessions for anyone requiring or requesting them. We are also happy to help new guild members get their Warclaw mount. We are not a hardcore fight guild, but not casual either.

We are a small-scale WvW-focused guild on Ring of Fire (EU), and we are recruiting active WvW players of most experience levels. We raid in WvW with a maximum of 15 members every Wednesday and Sunday at 20:00 GMT (UTC+0) / 21:00 CET (UTC+1), and do ad hoc WvW raids almost every night.

Since you can have up to five guilds at once, most people have joined guilds for the types of content that they like to play. There are pve guilds that focus on fractals or raiding, world vs world guilds and so many more like guilds that are dedicated to making music or mount racing.
Guild Wars 2 University focuses on helping new and returning players learn anything that Guild Wars 2 has to offer without worrying about being judged. We have veterans from all areas of the game (PvP, WvW, Fractals, Raids, Dungeons, Strikes, Open World Content, Achievement Hunting, P2P Trading etc) who are more than willing to help teach

We normally run one of each level up to 50, have people experienced in all fractal levels. ~PVP. We have our own PvP room. set up for dueling. ~ Guild missions every Friday at 730PST. have all missions unlocked. Guild Rules~ 99% rep. What this means is we require rep 99% of the time, with exceptions for a guild bank.
